Xcalibra has launched a process of validating users’ phone numbers, in order to comply with regulatory demands. This will add an extra layer of security to the accounts.
All Xcalibra users are required to verify their phone numbers before November 30, 2020.
- Unverified users will be able to verify it during the KYC process.
- Verified users will see a new alert in the top menu, prompting them to add the phone number to the dedicated field.
To confirm a phone number, the user will need to enter the verification code received via SMS. The whole procedure will take just a few minutes.
Those who do not verify phone numbers before November 30, will not be able to deposit or trade after that date. However, they may withdraw funds until March 31, 2021 or verify a phone number to resume trading.
