If you sent your coins to a wrong address, **Xcalibra did not receive these coins.**  
  
Xcalibra does not know who controls those addresses and have no means of recovering those coin.

I have sent a deposit to the wrong address. What to do now?

Unfortunately, we would not be able to retrieve and refund coins which are not integrated in the exchange. There would be no wallets or software in place for those currencies so it would not be possible for us to recover them for you.

I have deposited a coin which is not listed on Xcalibra. Can I retrieve it?

To check the status of your deposit:

1.  Please visit the [Xcalibra website](https://xcalibra.com/) and ***Sign in*** to your account.  
      
    
2.  Click on ***Balances***.

3.  Choose the coin you want to deposit and click the ***DEPOSIT***.

4.  Scroll down to **DEPOSIT HISTORY**. Here you can see all the information about your deposits.
