To check the status of your deposit:

1.  Please visit the [Xcalibra website](https://xcalibra.com/) and ***Sign in*** to your account.  
      
    
2.  Click on ***Balances***.

3.  Choose the coin you want to deposit and click the ***DEPOSIT***.

4.  Scroll down to **DEPOSIT HISTORY**. Here you can see all the information about your deposits.

If you do not see your deposit, please open a new ticket.

Where is my deposit?

If you sent your coins to a wrong address, **Xcalibra did not receive these coins.**  
  
Xcalibra does not know who controls those addresses and have no means of recovering those coin.

I have sent a deposit to the wrong address. What to do now?

1.  Please visit the [Xcalibra website](https://xcalibra.com/) and ***Sign in*** to your account.  
      
    
2.  After you have signed in to your account, click on ***Balances*** in the top right corner of the menu.

3.  Find the coin or token you wish to deposit. Click the ***DEPOSIT***.

4.  If this is the first time you have deposited this coin, click ***SHOW ME ADDRESS***.

5.  Once your deposit address has been generated, you can click ***Copy to Clipboard***.

6.  To deposit, **send your coins or tokens to this address**. Be sure to confirm that you have pasted the right address and that you are sending the right coin/token to the right address.  
      
    
7.  To check the status of your deposit, click ***Balances***, then click on the ***DEPOSIT*** button of the coin you have deposited, and then scroll down to the ***DEPOSIT HISTORY***. You will see the status of all the deposits you have made.
