1.  Please visit the [Xcalibra website](https://xcalibra.com/) and *Sign in* to your account.  
      
    
2.  After that, click on ***Balances*** and choose the coin/token you would like to withdraw.

3.  At the chosen coin/token section, click on the ***WITHDRAW*** button.

4.  Fill in all the empty fields, such as ***Target address***, ***Amount*** and ***2FA*** if previously enabled. After that, click on ***WITHDRAW***.

5.  The system will now send the confirmation email to your Xcalibra registered email address. 

6.  Open the email titled "***Withdraw Request Confirmation***", make sure it is the intended transaction, and then click ***Confirm Withdraw***. 

7.  To check your withdrawal status, scroll down on your withdraw page and find ***WITHDRAWAL HISTORY***.

How to make a withdrawal on Xcalibra?

Xcalibra will start the withdrawal process as soon as you click the ***Withdrawal Confirmation*** button in your email account.

Unfortunately, there is no way to stop this once initiated. Due to the anonymity of the blockchain, Xcalibra is also unable to locate where your funds have been sent.

If you have sent your coins to the wrong address by mistake, please use other means to try and locate and/or contact the recipient of your funds.

What can I do if I withdraw to a wrong address?

All withdrawals will be processed **within 24 hours** since they are sent from the exchange to the blockchain.

How long does it take for a cryptocurrency withdrawal to be processed?

Please be patient. Some email services delay delivery and it can take up to an hour to receive the email in your inbox. Please make sure to check your spam or junk mail folders.

We recommend you try again after the withdrawal has been reversed and credited into your account.

When the transaction has ⅙ or 3 (if you are sending BTC to the exchange) confirmations, the funds will show on your wallet.
